EPG acquired the Central Most shopping center in Most in May 2017.
Opened in 2008, OC Central Most is the only fashion-focused mall in its region, serving a catchment of over 280,000 inhabitants. The center, which forms an integral part of Most’s main square, offers an excellent tenant mix with key brands that attract a regional audience. Most is the largest and most dominant city in an area that benefits from the booming automotive industry.
Most currently provides a total of over 19,000 sqm of retail space, including tenants such as C&A, New Yorker, Albert, and CCC.
EPG manages the Varyada shopping center in cooperation with CBRE.
