Its been 10 years since Central Most shopping center replaced parking lot

The developer of Prague’s Palladium, European Property Group, has bought another shopping center, the Varyáda center in Karlovy Vary. The companies did not disclose the price of the transaction. This year it is the fifth shopping center sold in the Czech Republic. Two years will pass in mid-May since the opening of the Central Most shopping center. CEE foreign investment to recover by 2013

A gradual recovery in foreign direct investment in central and eastern Europe is likely by 2013, according to a new study.
