Varyáda Mall

The newly renovated Varyáda shopping mall is the largest shopping center not only in Karlovy Vary but also in the entire Karlovy Vary region. On more than 27,000 square meters, there are over 120 shops and restaurants, where you can always find favorable events and discounts. The shopping center has also prepared pleasant relaxation zones for its customers, and the little ones will also find fantastic attractions for children, including outdoor children’s playground, which is accessible from April to October.

The completion of the expansion and renovation of the Varyáda shopping center in 2025 brought new global brands to the entire region, along with a Premiere Cinemas multiplex with six screens and a variety of restaurants and modern cafés. Thanks to the completion of Varyáda, the appeal of not only Karlovy Vary but the entire region has increased. Shops that were previously missing in the city are now opening here, and people no longer have to travel to Plzeň or Prague for their shopping needs. Additionally, new jobs have been created here. 

The renovation included a complete modernization of the existing part of the shopping center. The entire interior underwent a transformation, including the existing flooring, lighting, and relaxation zones. A completely new dining area, Bistro Varyáda, was also created; its design is inspired by the nearby Ore Mountains and is intended to serve as an oasis of calm and a place to recharge while shopping. The expansion of the original project created space for a new Albert hypermarket and nearly forty new stores.
