On the approximately 15,000 m² site, two diagonally positioned high-rise buildings and four low-rise buildings form a varied ensemble. From generous open spaces to wind optimisation, everything has been thought of here.

All six buildings are connected by a common ground floor zone. With partly covered promenades, it invites residents, hotel guests and employees to stroll and linger. Thanks to efficient building technology, ecological building materials and resource-saving construction, this can be done with pleasure and with a good environmental conscience.
