The Karlovy Vary Shopping Center Varyáda is awaiting renovation and expansion

The Varyáda Shopping Center in Karlovy Vary is set to undergo construction and reconstruction in two phases. The owner of the center, the investment company EPG, anticipates that the total investment will reach approximately 40 million euros, which is nearly one billion Czech crowns.
